Job Summary
Managing the full lifecycle recruitment for Field leadership positions, the full-time Lead Talent Acquisition Recruiter will enhance candidate experiences and collaborate with leadership teams to ensure staffing needs are met in a remote capacity within the Texas region.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment processes for Field leadership and hourly team member positions, ensuring effective hiring practices
- Maintain accurate staffing data and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring timely communication throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with Regional Field leadership to drive staffing efforts for new store openings, achieving 100% staffing capacity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline
- 3-6 years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment for a high-growth organization or 2+ years as an internal Store Manager
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday, and recruitment tools like ATS and LinkedIn
- Strong background in behavioral and competency-based interviewing and assessments
