Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruitment efforts across the U.S. and LATAM regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for U.S. and LATAM-based roles across various functions
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies
  • Implement inclusive hiring practices and maintain accurate data in the ATS
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or startup environments
  • Proven experience leading hiring efforts in the U.S. and Latin America
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required
  • Strong understanding of hiring practices and employment laws in the U.S
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
