Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead, Talent Acquisition (Onboarding).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of new hire onboarding, acting as the strategic owner
- Drive cross-functional partnerships to identify and address systemic inefficiencies in the onboarding process
- Manage communications with new hires and hiring teams, ensuring compliance with onboarding requirements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 2-4 years of work experience in HR with a high school diploma or GED
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to independently prioritize and drive goals across multiple workstreams
- Experience in mentoring and supporting the development of team members
- Accountability for project success, ensuring quality and timeliness in deliverables
