Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Talent Acquisition (Onboarding).

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of new hire onboarding, acting as the strategic owner
  • Drive cross-functional partnerships to identify and address systemic inefficiencies in the onboarding process
  • Manage communications with new hires and hiring teams, ensuring compliance with onboarding requirements


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 2-4 years of work experience in HR with a high school diploma or GED
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to independently prioritize and drive goals across multiple workstreams
  • Experience in mentoring and supporting the development of team members
  • Accountability for project success, ensuring quality and timeliness in deliverables
