Job Summary
Leading technical hiring in a globally distributed Web3 environment, the full-time Lead Talent Partner will manage a team of Talent Partners, shape hiring strategies, and oversee full-cycle recruiting for critical technical roles while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Partners to enhance their performance and delivery
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define and execute hiring strategies across multiple teams
- Design and continuously improve hiring processes, interview frameworks, and assessment methodologies
Required qualifications
- Proven experience hiring top-tier technical talent in competitive environments
- Experience leading and mentoring recruiters to build high-performing recruiting teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders
- Data-driven mindset focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Interest in or exposure to Web3, crypto, or deeply technical domains
