Job Summary

Leading technical hiring in a globally distributed Web3 environment, the full-time Lead Talent Partner will manage a team of Talent Partners, shape hiring strategies, and oversee full-cycle recruiting for critical technical roles while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Partners to enhance their performance and delivery
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define and execute hiring strategies across multiple teams
• Design and continuously improve hiring processes, interview frameworks, and assessment methodologies

• Proven experience hiring top-tier technical talent in competitive environments
• Experience leading and mentoring recruiters to build high-performing recruiting teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders
• Data-driven mindset focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
• Interest in or exposure to Web3, crypto, or deeply technical domains
