Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Technical Account Manager - eDiscovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a strong understanding of projects and minimize service impact
  • Guide the resolution of critical customer incidents and lead technical success plans
  • Drive internal service review meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of technical experience with Relativity products in a customer-facing role
  • Proven experience with SQL and Windows platforms, troubleshooting complex technical issues
  • Experience in SaaS, IaaS, and/or Hybrid environments
  • ITIL Certification and Relativity Expert/Master certification preferred
  • Knowledge of the e-discovery industry and products
