Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of customer relationships for key CX customers and advocate for their success
- Resolve complex problems and provide excellent technical and customer service to key accounts
- Ensure all technical challenges and requests are managed properly while maintaining customer satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
- 10 years in a Technical/Service role in software, telecommunications, or customer service
- Demonstrated technical problem-solving proficiency
- Working technical knowledge of contact center software/design/functionality
- Broad skills in technology and analysis with experience in communicating at both technical and functional levels
- Experience in managing business rapport while implementing solutions
