Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of customer relationships for key CX customers and advocate for their success
  • Resolve complex problems and provide excellent technical and customer service to key accounts
  • Ensure all technical challenges and requests are managed properly while maintaining customer satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
  • 10 years in a Technical/Service role in software, telecommunications, or customer service
  • Demonstrated technical problem-solving proficiency
  • Working technical knowledge of contact center software/design/functionality
  • Broad skills in technology and analysis with experience in communicating at both technical and functional levels
  • Experience in managing business rapport while implementing solutions
