Lead Technical Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Technical Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of quarterly consolidated financial statements and disclosures in compliance with GAAP
• Research and evaluate technical accounting issues and monitor the implementation of new accounting standards
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a strong focus on technical accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with experience in Netsuite preferred
• In-depth understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting regulations
• Experience with financial reporting and M&As preferred
