Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Lead Technical Artist for a full-time position, either onsite in Culver City or remotely within the US or Canada, who will drive technical art direction, tools development, and content pipelines for a large-scale mobile game project.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain tools and workflows for Unity and DCC applications
- Own and evolve technical art workflows, establishing standards and best practices
- Manage and mentor a team of Technical Artists, ensuring efficient collaboration across disciplines
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience in Technical Art, Tools Development, or Game Development
- Strong proficiency in building tools and automation, particularly for Unity
- Experience with DCC tools such as Maya, Blender, or Houdini
- Proficiency in C#, Python, or similar programming languages
- Experience optimizing game content for performance and memory efficiency
