Lead Technical BI Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Analytics Team, the full-time Lead Technical BI Analyst will provide technical expertise in analytics toolsets, develop data-driven solutions, and create business intelligence deliverables to aid organizational leaders in decision-making while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to develop and implement high-level analytic tools that support actionable insights across various metrics
• Serve as a technical advisor and mentor to team members, providing support and training on business intelligence tools and processes
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and operational stakeholders to analyze data, build dashboards, and deliver insights that improve performance and outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, data science, business administration, statistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in analytics, including building reports and dashboards for decision-making
• Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with complex healthcare datasets, including claims and population health data
• Strong experience with Tableau for data visualization and dashboard development
• Technical certifications in relevant applications, such as Tableau, strongly preferred
