Lead Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

To drive data-centric solutions for the Retail/Real Estate business cluster, the full-time remote Lead Technical Business Analyst will lead requirement gathering workshops, create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and analyze data using complex SQL queries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workshops to capture business needs from stakeholders and document requirements
• Write complex SQL queries for data analysis and validation, while managing product backlogs and sprints in Jira
• Present technical data insights to non-technical business leaders and maintain documentation in Confluence

Required qualifications

• Over 8 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably in the Retail or Real Estate domains
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake data warehousing preferred
• Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project tracking
• Fluent in English and Spanish for effective collaboration
