Lead Technical Consultant

Job Summary

Leading project implementations in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Lead Technical Consultant will deliver ServiceNow solutions, manage technical aspects of projects, and provide subject matter expertise in a client consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project implementations and direct technical aspects of ServiceNow solution delivery
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide best practice guidance across ServiceNow products
• Develop and maintain technical best practices and standards while ensuring high-quality deliverables

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience in a client consulting environment
• Minimum 8 years of experience in technical leadership roles with a strong software development background
• Proficiency in JavaScript and frameworks such as Angular.JS, React, or NodeJS
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering disciplines
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator and/or Implementation Specialist (e.g., CIS-SAM, CIS-HAM)
