Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Technical Content Writer.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend release planning sessions and develop Content Plan in Jira to track required content updates
Update existing content and add new content to describe new features and functionality using MadCap Flare
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders for content review, validation, and publication

Required Qualifications:

4-8 years of proven experience in technical writing
4+ years experience using MadCap Flare
Knowledge of file management in Github, Jira, and Agile development process
Experience with WalkMe for creating interactive tutorials preferred
