• Develop technical strategies and manage full-stack engineers and data scientists for client-focused projects
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely delivery of quality solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Machine Learning
• Proven experience in writing software, preferably in Python
• Familiarity with data integration and pipeline auditing
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and adapting to varying partner requirements
• Strong customer orientation and critical thinking abilities
