Lead Technical Field Advisor
Job Summary
Providing technical leadership and field execution, the full-time Lead Technical Field Advisor will manage Steam Turbine and Generator maintenance and outage activities remotely, ensuring safe and high-quality job execution while coordinating field resources and supporting customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead on-site mechanical scope execution for Steam Turbine and Generator outages and maintenance activities
- Coordinate field resources, including other TFAs and contractors, during complex outage execution
- Interpret engineering documents and support outage planning, tracking, and issue resolution
Required qualifications
- Technical or university degree, or equivalent relevant experience; or High School Diploma/GED with at least 8 years of Field Services experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in power plant maintenance or turbine generator maintenance
- Hands-on experience with dismantling, inspection, reassembly, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical documentation
- English proficiency required
