Lead Technical GRC Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Technical GRC Analyst (Governance).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the organization's security governance program and develop cyber governance processes
• Maintain effective feedback loops with business partners and integrate their feedback into governance processes
• Conduct technical assessments of configurations and monitor regulatory changes to ensure policy compliance

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in information security, governance, risk, or compliance roles
• Bachelor's Degree in an IT related field and/or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Benchmarks)
• Experience performing system integration and configuring native controls in enterprise IT tooling
• Previous experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance functions in complex environments
