Lead Technical GRC Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Technical GRC Analyst (Governance).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the organization's security governance program and develop cyber governance processes
• Maintain effective communication with business partners to integrate feedback into governance processes
• Conduct technical assessments and monitor regulatory changes to ensure compliance and security effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in information security, governance, risk, or compliance roles
• Bachelor's Degree in an IT related field and/or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001)
• Experience with system integration and configuring controls in enterprise IT tooling
• Background working with GRC platforms and enterprise technologies
