Lead Technical Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

As a remote Lead Technical Implementation Consultant, the candidate will manage post-contract integration projects, drive AI-augmented workflows, and mentor the implementation team while ensuring seamless technical execution across the enterprise product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Embed Solutions Architect methodologies into the delivery lifecycle, performing deep functional and operational solutioning for enterprise customers
• Own the technical implementation from initial kick-off through post-go-live "hyper care," proactively identifying and communicating technical blockers or risks
• Serve as the technical anchor for the Implementation team, coaching and mentoring members on advanced technical workflows

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of related technical experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment
• Proven track record in customer-facing technical implementation or solutions architecture within the supply chain tech space
• Required proficiency in utilizing AI tools for technical problem-solving and data parsing
• Strong proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and modern project management systems
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
