Lead Technical Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Owning the technical execution lifecycle, the full-time remote Lead Technical Implementation Consultant will manage post-contract integration projects, configure APIs, and mentor the implementation team while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform deep functional and operational solutioning for enterprise customers, embedding Solutions Architect methodologies into the delivery lifecycle
• Own the technical implementation process from initial kick-off through post-go-live "hyper care," building and documenting scalable project methodologies
• Serve as the technical anchor for the Implementation team, coaching and mentoring team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence the product roadmap

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of related technical experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment
• Proven track record in customer-facing technical implementation or solutions architecture within the supply chain tech space
• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools for workflow acceleration, with experience in the Claude/Anthropic ecosystem preferred
• Strong proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and modern project management systems
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
