Lead Technical Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Providing production support and automation for financial services processes, the full-time remote Lead Technical Operations Analyst will manage production processes, respond to program failures, and identify automation opportunities while ensuring compliance with regulatory and client Service Level Agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and monitor back-end applications for transactional processing using CA Workload Automation tools
• Monitor production performance, mitigate program failures, and escalate major system issues as necessary
• Advise on strategic initiatives to alleviate back-end application issues and present automation opportunities to development teams

Required qualifications

• 9 years of experience providing production support for back-end transactional processing systems
• 6 years of experience configuring and monitoring program execution in workload automation tools
• 4-6 years of experience in business analysis
• Knowledge of UNIX operating systems and familiarity with shell scripting, C/Korn, and Perl
• Understanding of SQL and PL/SQL
