Lead Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end delivery of digital product initiatives, the remote Lead Technical Product Manager will manage the execution from ideation through the software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality outcomes and alignment across cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead initiatives from concept through development, release, and post-launch iteration, acting as the product owner for your domain
• Drive high-performing Agile practices to ensure effective team rituals and predictable delivery
• Serve as the central point of coordination across Product, Engineering, QA, and Design, proactively communicating progress and removing blockers

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management or similar roles with a proven track record in Agile environments
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, and modern system architectures
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and tools for backlog management and delivery tracking
• Experience writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
