Lead Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end delivery of initiatives across Operational Systems, the remote Lead Technical Product Manager will translate product vision into actionable engineering plans, lead Agile execution, and ensure high-quality delivery outcomes while managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives from concept through development, testing, release, and post-launch iteration
• Drive high-performing Agile practices, including sprint planning and backlog management, to support predictable delivery
• Serve as the central point of coordination across Product, Engineering, QA, and Program Management, ensuring stakeholder alignment

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management or similar roles
• Proven track record delivering complex software initiatives end-to-end in Agile environments
• Strong technical fluency, including knowledge of APIs and distributed systems
• Experience writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
