Lead Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the UHC Medicare & Retirement Technology team, the full-time Lead Technical Product Manager will work remotely to bridge business strategy with technological execution, collaborating with product managers and engineering teams to define product roadmaps and optimize healthcare solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Obtain the Voice of the Customer (VOC) and identify key capabilities and features for the technical product
• Define and prioritize user experience and interface designs to ensure customer-centric product experiences
• Create and maintain technical user documentation, ensuring understanding of system flows and product capabilities

Required qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience (7+ years of additional technical product management experience in lieu of a degree)
• 7+ years of experience in technical product management or related technology delivery roles
• 5+ years of experience delivering complex, multi-workstream initiatives with visibility to senior leadership
• 5+ years of experience translating business strategy into product roadmaps and technical requirements
• 3+ years of experience engaging in system architecture and design discussions
