Lead Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the content engine for accredited education and publications, the full-time Lead Technical Product Manager will manage the content product strategy, oversee content generation and publication processes, and build the content operations function while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the content product strategy and roadmap, aligning it with engineering capacity and executive priorities
• Oversee the content generation platform and establish quality standards for all published materials
• Build and govern the content model, taxonomy, and metadata architecture to enhance personalization and audience reporting

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in technical product management, with experience in content platforms or digital publishing
• Proven ability to establish and maintain standards across teams under pressure
• Deep expertise in content modeling, taxonomy, and metadata architecture, preferably with a headless CMS
• Experience in a regulated environment, with familiarity in ACCME standards being a differentiator
• Comfort working in an AI-assisted development environment and experience in healthcare or medical education preferred
