Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Technical Program Manager, Professional Services - Retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure successful delivery of complex customer engagements by providing technical leadership to the implementation team
• Guide technical teams through architectural decisions and mitigate technical risks impacting project timelines
• Manage all aspects of programs, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources, while serving as the primary point of escalation for technical delivery issues

Required Qualifications

• Proven technical acumen with the ability to make sound decisions without hands-on coding experience
• Experience in managing large, complex engagements and mitigating technical challenges
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a track record of influencing technical teams
• Familiarity with BI, data management, and big data technologies is preferred
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple engagements while maintaining high customer satisfaction
