Lead Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving cross-functional initiatives in a remote environment, the full-time Lead Technical Program Manager will oversee product delivery, platform modernization, and operational scalability while collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of large-scale programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs related to product launches and operational tooling
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to define roadmaps and prioritize features
• Coordinate execution across multiple teams, ensuring milestones and dependencies are managed effectively

Required qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 8-12+ years of experience leading large-scale technical programs in agile environments
• Proven track record of bringing products from concept to launch in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
• Strong technical acumen across software systems, including APIs and platform infrastructure
• Experience managing external vendors and strategic partners in complex delivery programs
