Lead Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the deployment of high-density GPU clusters, the full-time Lead Technical Program Manager will coordinate hardware delivery schedules, manage physical installations, and ensure alignment among various teams to meet customer AI needs in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support hardware deployment projects from site planning to final installation for GPU clusters
• Manage vendor schedules and collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure timely hardware delivery
• Act as the central communication hub, aligning supply chain, facilities, and engineering teams to maintain deployment schedules

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in hardware or data center projects
• Strong understanding of hardware deployment workflows, preferably in cloud or AI environments
• Familiarity with data center concepts, including rack space, power limits, and cooling requirements
• Experience with external vendor coordination and risk management in deployment processes
• Proficiency in project management tools for tracking deployment steps and hardware inventory
