Lead Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the data center build-outs for high-density GPUs, the full-time Lead Technical Program Manager will manage hardware deployment projects, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support hardware deployment projects from site planning to final installation for GPU clusters
• Manage hardware delivery schedules and collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure timely equipment arrival
• Act as the central communication hub among supply chain, facilities, and hardware engineering teams to maintain deployment schedules

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in hardware or data center infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of hardware deployment workflows, preferably from a cloud provider or AI company
• Familiarity with data center concepts, including rack space, power limits, and cooling requirements
• Experience with external vendor coordination and managing physical installations
• Proficiency in project management tools for tracking deployment steps and hardware inventory
