Lead Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end program management discipline for a defined portfolio of high-impact programs, the full-time remote Lead Technical Program Manager will drive organizational impact by modernizing support functions, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of complex initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support integration of Support & Digital Experience planning with corporate standards to enhance organizational efficiency
• Partner with various stakeholders to scope, sequence, and execute high-priority programs with clear ownership and success measures
• Maintain an integrated program-level view for initiatives, providing leadership with visibility into scope, progress, risks, and business outcomes

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in technical program management or related fields, with 5+ years leading cross-functional technical programs
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• Experience managing programs with multiple workstreams and cross-functional dependencies
• Proficiency with program and portfolio management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow PPM
• Experience building program health dashboards and defining success metrics for risk management
