Lead Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
A company in the information technology industry is looking for a Lead Technical Program Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
- Drive a critical growth team's processes and projects
- Establish a scalable Agile framework for the Enterprise organization
- Lead and guide project direction for a cross-functional team of engineering, analytics, marketers, sales, and legal to ensure work is done correctly and on time
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience managing programs/projects
- Experience with acquisitions or establishing completely new lines of business
- Experienced in SAFe, Scrum, and other Agile methodologies
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to define creative solutions to accomplish goals
- Deeply understand who your stakeholders are and what is needed to get initiatives over the finish line
