Job Summary

A company in the information technology industry is looking for a Lead Technical Program Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

• Drive a critical growth team's processes and projects
• Establish a scalable Agile framework for the Enterprise organization
• Lead and guide project direction for a cross-functional team of engineering, analytics, marketers, sales, and legal to ensure work is done correctly and on time

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing programs/projects
• Experience with acquisitions or establishing completely new lines of business
• Experienced in SAFe, Scrum, and other Agile methodologies
• Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to define creative solutions to accomplish goals
• Deeply understand who your stakeholders are and what is needed to get initiatives over the finish line
