Recruit active and passive candidates across multiple technology-related searches
Proactively identify and assess talent using creative sourcing methodologies

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience in a high-growth environment
Proven ability to successfully identify and engage exceptional candidates in high growth environments
Experience managing applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse
Experience and passion for using quantitative data to guide decisions and justify recommendations
