Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a nationwide R&D talent strategy with a focus on the Boston market
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting for technical roles and lead offer strategy and negotiations
• Mentor and develop the technical talent acquisition team while collaborating cross-functionally

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in product, engineering, data, and AI roles
• 2+ years of experience supervising or mentoring other recruiters
• Proven success in hiring senior-level technical talent in competitive markets
• Experience with modern ATS and recruiting technology
• Strong sourcing expertise and ability to partner with senior leaders using data insights
