Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Technical Recruiter to manage high-impact recruiting for product, engineering, data, and AI teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a nationwide R&D talent strategy with a focus on the Boston market
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting for technical roles and lead offer strategy and negotiations
- Mentor and develop the technical talent acquisition team while collaborating cross-functionally
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in product, engineering, data, and AI roles
- 2+ years of experience supervising or mentoring other recruiters
- Proven success in hiring senior-level technical talent in competitive markets
- Experience with modern ATS and recruiting technology
- Strong sourcing expertise and ability to partner with senior leaders using data insights
