Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent
- Design and implement innovative interview processes tailored to the current hiring landscape
- Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to maintain transparency and build trust throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 4 years in a high-growth startup
- Proven experience hiring engineering talent and understanding technical nuances
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to engage passive candidates
- Experience designing interview processes and coaching hiring teams
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize recruitment pipelines
