Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent

  • Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to maintain transparency and build trust throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 4 years in a high-growth startup
  • Proven experience hiring engineering talent and understanding technical nuances
  • Strong sourcing skills with the ability to engage passive candidates
  • Experience designing interview processes and coaching hiring teams
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize recruitment pipelines
