Job Summary
Seeking a results-driven Lead Technical Recruiter, the full-time role will focus on designing and executing the technical hiring strategy, managing full-cycle recruitment for complex tech roles, and transitioning into a leadership position while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute the end-to-end technical hiring strategy, creating a foundational recruiting blueprint
- Drive full-cycle recruitment for complex tech roles while transitioning into a leadership role to manage and mentor the recruiting team
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to attract diverse technical talent and provide data-driven reports on recruitment funnel health
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with at least 3 years in a high-growth startup environment
- Demonstrated leadership ambitions and experience in team performance management
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to articulate the value-based care mission effectively
- Experience with funnel optimization and data-driven recruitment strategies
- Proficiency in leveraging AI-driven sourcing tools and automated workflows
