Key responsibilities

  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to attract diverse technical talent and provide data-driven reports on recruitment funnel health
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with at least 3 years in a high-growth startup environment
  • Demonstrated leadership ambitions and experience in team performance management
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to articulate the value-based care mission effectively
  • Experience with funnel optimization and data-driven recruitment strategies
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI-driven sourcing tools and automated workflows
