Leading critical technical searches, the full-time remote Lead Technical Recruiter will enhance recruiting quality, build talent strategies, and personally source and close senior candidates across AI/ML and engineering disciplines.
Key responsibilities
- Lead high-priority technical searches for AI/ML, engineering leadership, and other technical roles
- Build search strategies and talent maps for scarce technical talent in global markets
- Coach technical recruiters on sourcing strategies and candidate assessment processes
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on senior engineering searches
- Strong track record of hiring high-quality engineers through direct sourcing
- Deep familiarity with technical talent markets and understanding of software engineering and AI/ML profiles
- Experience partnering with senior engineering leaders on hiring strategies
- Demonstrated ability to coach recruiters and improve sourcing and assessment quality
