Job Summary
Leading critical technical searches, the full-time Lead Technical Recruiter will enhance recruiting quality and build technical recruiting capabilities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead high-priority technical searches across AI/ML, engineering leadership, backend, infrastructure, web, and mobile
- Build search strategies and talent maps for scarce technical talent in global AI and engineering markets
- Coach technical recruiters on sourcing strategy, profile assessment, candidate engagement, and closing
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of technical recruiting experience with ownership of senior and difficult engineering searches
- Strong track record of hiring high-quality engineers through direct sourcing and headhunting
- Deep familiarity with technical talent markets and understanding of software engineering and AI/ML profiles
- Experience partnering with senior engineering leaders on hiring strategy and calibration
- Demonstrated ability to coach recruiters and improve sourcing and assessment quality
