Job Summary
Driving the technical SEO strategy, the full-time Lead Technical SEO Manager will manage the execution of SEO initiatives across a multi-platform web ecosystem, focusing on enhancing organic visibility and performance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the technical SEO roadmap and execution, utilizing SEO analysis, audits, and performance data to prioritize initiatives
- Translate SEO requirements into technical designs and implementations across various platforms, ensuring integration throughout the software development lifecycle
- Establish technical SEO standards and governance, serving as the authority for SEO implementation within Web Engineering
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technical SEO or web engineering, with a proven track record in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments
- Deep expertise in technical SEO fundamentals, including crawlability, indexation, and structured data, with hands-on proficiency in JavaScript, PHP, HTML, and CSS
- Experience improving web performance and Core Web Vitals, including diagnosing issues related to JavaScript execution and server performance
- Familiarity with structured data and emerging AI search platforms, along with strong analytical skills using various SEO tools
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence technical architecture and partner with cross-functional teams
