Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and resolve customer-reported technical issues, ensuring timely troubleshooting
- Diagnose and prevent API/integration issues and performance anomalies
- Develop and maintain documentation to support self-service and reduce repeat tickets
Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of hands-on experience with C#/.NET development and debugging
- Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) for queries and performance tuning
- Proficient in troubleshooting APIs and parsing application logs
- Experience in customer-facing technical issue resolution
- Knowledge of webhooks, authentication flows, and data synchronization preferred
