Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and resolve customer-reported technical issues, ensuring timely troubleshooting
  • Diagnose and prevent API/integration issues and performance anomalies
  • Develop and maintain documentation to support self-service and reduce repeat tickets
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4+ years of hands-on experience with C#/.NET development and debugging
  • Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) for queries and performance tuning
  • Proficient in troubleshooting APIs and parsing application logs
  • Experience in customer-facing technical issue resolution
  • Knowledge of webhooks, authentication flows, and data synchronization preferred
