Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Technologist Enablement Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage role-based enablement architectures and curricula for Solutions Architects and Account Technical Strategists
• Deliver engaging and outcome-focused learning experiences using modern learning design and AI-enabled tools
• Conduct learning needs assessments and implement evaluation methodologies to measure effectiveness and impact

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Experience in designing and delivering enablement for technical or customer-facing roles
• Proven experience with competency frameworks and role-based learning programs
• Strong understanding of learning evaluation and data fluency
• Experience managing LMS/CMS platforms and complex enablement programs
