Lead Technology Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Construction Technology Analyst to support engineering technologies in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 and 3 support for engineering platforms including Autodesk Construction Cloud and Procore
• Manage and resolve support tickets in a high-volume environment using a structured ticketing system
• Lead small tech design and improvement projects, including the rollout and configuration of Stratus

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience supporting Autodesk Construction Cloud in a production environment
• Working knowledge of the Status tool for tracking technology deployments, configurations, and documentation
• Experience working in mechanical construction, operations, or fabrication workflows
• Ability to lead implementation and improvement efforts for engineering software tools
• Familiarity with Procore, Revit, or CADMEP is a plus
