Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Specialist, Technology Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead administration and optimization of network infrastructure and systems, including complex changes and upgrades
• Provide Tier 3 technical support across various technology systems and mentor junior staff
• Coordinate cross-region troubleshooting and incident resolution while supporting M&A integrations and system migrations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in system and network administration
• 3-5 years of experience in help desk operations support
• 2 years of experience with M&A integrations
• Working knowledge of Azure, Active Directory, and AWS
