Key Responsibilities

• Provide stable and reliable data communications for all global company locations
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Telecom Analysts for telecom operations
• Oversee the lifecycle of global telecom circuits, ensuring compliance with SLAs

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in telecom or enterprise network operations
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams in operations or service delivery
• Strong knowledge of telecom circuit types and experience with large telecom carriers
• Experience in large multi-site retail or distributed enterprise environments
• Working knowledge of SD WAN technologies and telecom inventory systems
