Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead IT Telecom Architect to design and optimize telecommunications and contact center architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop telecommunications and contact center architecture, blueprints, and future roadmaps
• Translate business objectives and technical needs into actionable designs
• Guide and supervise the deployment, integration, and testing of new systems and upgrades

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of related experience, including 2+ years in designing, building, and deploying software in IT
• Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science or a related field
• TOGAF certification is required
• Expertise in modern technologies, development patterns, and cloud/PaaS integration
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams
