Job Summary

Managing the entire bid process for Grid Automation, the full-time Lead Customer Application Engineer will deliver accurate proposals, interpret customer requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize technical solutions while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct technical analysis of customer needs and ensure compliant proposals based on specifications
  • Manage the complete bid management phases and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Review and analyze cost and pricing preparations, optimizing costs and assessing risks in tenders
Required Qualifications
  • B.S. Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering, commercial, or engineering functions
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Grid Automation Business, including Protection and DCS/SCS
  • Strong verbal and written English language skills
  • Willingness to travel 10-15% internationally
