Lead Test Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Test Automation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, secure, and performant code while leading code reviews and monitoring performance metrics
• Design and implement automated testing frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD processes to enhance automation practices
• Mentor engineers, contribute to system design, and ensure alignment with security and performance standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 9-12 years of relevant software engineering experience, including 6-10+ years in test automation
• Expertise in automated testing frameworks such as Pytest, Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
• Experience with cloud-native testing across AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Professional certifications in software engineering, automation, cloud, or DevOps are highly preferred
