Lead Test Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Test Automation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and plan QA activities, including developing test strategies and collaborating with Development and Product Management teams
• Integrate quality gates into CI/CD pipelines to enforce standards and reduce production failure risks
• Develop comprehensive end-to-end UI and API test automation to enhance automated test coverage

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with Robot Framework and standard automation tools like Qweb, Selenium, and Appium
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Git, Jenkins, AWS, and GitLab
• Technical knowledge of Python, XML, APIs, CLI, SQL, and log analysis
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and non-functional testing concepts
• Prior Salesforce experience is highly desired
