Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Test Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full quality and automation strategy for the platform
• Design and build automation across UI, API, integration, backend, and performance layers
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to produce reliable release indicators

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 6+ years of experience in SDET and QA automation with ownership of quality for production-grade systems
• Demonstrated experience building an automation framework from scratch or re-architecting one at scale
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, Python, React, and Next.js
• Proven CI/CD integration ownership and full stack automation experience
• Experience working in financial or FinTech systems with knowledge of relevant testing patterns
