Lead Test Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior-level Lead Test Engineer, the full-time position based in Suitland, MD will design and execute test plans, implement automated testing tools, and conduct multi-layer integration testing to ensure application quality and functionality.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies for applications and integrated systems
• Implement and optimize automated testing tools and frameworks to enhance the software delivery pipeline
• Conduct multi-layer testing, including functional, performance, and security testing, while supporting system-level integration validation

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10-14 years of experience in testing, with comprehensive knowledge of high-impact assignments
• Mandatory automated testing experience, including developing and maintaining automated test scripts
• Expertise in multi-layer testing and system-level integration across complex systems
• Proficiency in producing test analysis reports and managing defect lifecycles
