Lead Third Party Risk Management

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise third party risk management program, the full-time remote Third Party Risk and Operations Lead will design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive TPRM and procurement orchestration strategy, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate supplier risk.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage an enterprise-wide TPRM program, including policies, processes, and stakeholder engagement
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and respond to audits and customer due diligence requests
• Drive procurement orchestration strategy, integrating AI capabilities and optimizing supplier-related workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in TPRM, supplier risk, procurement, or related fields within financial services or regulated environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with AI applications in TPRM
• Strong relationship-building skills with an emphasis on empathy and communication
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and drive operational change in a diverse organization
