Job Summary

Supporting time and labor processing and compliance initiatives, the full-time Lead Time and Labor Specialist will manage advanced timesheet administration, serve as a primary escalation point for complex issues, and assist with process improvements while providing guidance to junior team members.

Key responsibilities
  • Perform advanced timesheet and Costpoint administration to ensure compliance with company and federal requirements
  • Lead the research and resolution of complex time and labor issues, documenting new controls for automated decisions
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Compliance partners to ensure timekeeping accuracy and support audit activities
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant payroll or timekeeping experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
  • Prior experience in a government contracting environment
  • In-depth knowledge of timekeeping systems such as Deltek Costpoint, SAP, or PeopleSoft
  • Strong understanding of federal labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and recommend process improvements
