Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Time & Labor Specialist to support time and labor processing and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced timesheet administration and ensure compliance with company and federal requirements
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex timesheet issues and lead resolution efforts
- Support compliance activities, audit readiness, and process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or High School Diploma with 6+ years of experience
- Prior experience in a government contracting environment
- In-depth knowledge of Deltek Costpoint timekeeping system
- Strong understanding of federal labor laws and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines
