Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Time & Labor Specialist to support time and labor processing and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced timesheet administration and ensure compliance with company and federal requirements
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex timesheet issues and lead resolution efforts
  • Support compliance activities, audit readiness, and process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or High School Diploma with 6+ years of experience
  • Prior experience in a government contracting environment
  • In-depth knowledge of Deltek Costpoint timekeeping system
  • Strong understanding of federal labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines
